Home Staging: Stage to SELL

$175

In our Stage to Sell program, we offer staging tips and suggestions, room by room, identifying basic design needs to attract potential buyers. This in-person consultation lasts approximately 2 hours.

A completed, comprehensive report will be emailed within 48 hours of the staging consultation to you and your agent. It will highlight what changes need to be made in each space to create the best first impression to potential buyers.

Your personalized report will address things such as:

Overall Curb Appeal

What appeals to your potential buyer based on price and location

What to keep, what to add and what to pack

Organization and decluttering solutions

Cosmetic changes to get the biggest bang for your buck

Personalized shopping list (no obligation to buy)

Hourly Staging Design (Optional)

$95/hour

In the hourly staging design program, we get our hands dirty and implement your Stage to Sell comprehensive report to prepare your house for sale.

Home Staging: Stage to STAY

$175

Have you ever prepared your house for sale by organizing, decluttering and staging and then ask yourself – “why didn’t we do this sooner?”

Time and time again when we stage houses for sale, homeowners love it and wish they had done it sooner while they could still enjoy their home.  Staged to STAY is a design process in which we will help you clear the clutter, organize your home and freshen up your space.

In our Stage to STAY program, we offer staging advice, room by room, identifying basic design ideas to help you love your home without any major design changes. This in-home consultation lasts about 2 hours.

You will come away with a completed, comprehensive report (emailed within 24 hours of the staging consultation) highlighting what changes can be made in each space to create a fresh, new look for YOU!

Overall Curb Appeal

What to keep, what to add and what to get rid of

Organization and decluttering solutions
